Who is responsible

Genetrify Information Technology Services operates Solarify. Contact support@genetrify.com for privacy questions, access, corrections, deletion requests or consent withdrawal. Do not send identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal information through an installer enquiry.

Planning without contact details

You can calculate and download a plan without entering a name, email or phone number. Planning inputs may include a bill amount, estimated energy use, selected appliances, property type, general locality and roof assumptions. The wizard keeps a draft in your browser’s local storage so it survives a refresh on that device. Use “Start over & clear this device’s draft” to remove it.

The calculation can run in your browser. When you request a PDF, the planning inputs are sent to Solarify to generate the report. Download requests do not create a saved plan or enquiry by themselves. When you choose to save a private link, those inputs are stored with a hashed access key and a 180-day expiry. Expired links stop returning the plan.

Installer enquiries

If you request installer help, we collect your name, email, phone, project timing, optional message, planning inputs and consent version. We use them to review the request, respond and coordinate an optional introduction. Submitting an enquiry does not consent to unrelated advertising. An installer introduction and what will be shared are discussed with you before contact details are passed on.

We keep enquiry status, assignment and commercial outcome records to manage handovers and agreed referral commissions. These are accessible only to authorised administrators. We review inactive enquiry information for deletion or anonymisation after 12 months, unless a longer period is necessary for a dispute, legal obligation or an ongoing matter. You may request earlier deletion, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Hosting and security information

Our hosting and infrastructure providers process requests and store application records on our behalf. Technical logs may contain IP addresses, request paths and device/browser information. Solarify stores short-lived hashes of request IPs to limit abusive submissions; it does not use these rate-limit records for marketing. We do not intentionally put private plan access keys or contact details into URLs used for analytics.

Private plan keys are kept in the link fragment and verified against a hash on the server. A plan link is a bearer credential: protect it. Administrative access requires sign-in and a server-side allowlist. If you sign into a protected page, the hosting authentication provider processes the sign-in and supplies a site-specific identifier and account email. Public calculator access does not require an account.

Cookies, local storage and third parties

Local storage holds the device draft. Authentication may use essential session cookies on protected pages. Solarify does not set advertising trackers in this launch version. Google Fonts serves interface fonts and receives the technical information needed to deliver them. Links to installers, utilities and other sources have their own privacy policies.

Your choices and rights

You can correct inputs, clear the device draft, choose not to save a plan, decline an installer introduction and contact us about saved information. Philippine data-protection law provides rights including information, access, correction, objection and erasure/blocking where applicable. We may need proportionate verification before releasing or deleting private records.

For the legal framework and complaint routes, see the National Privacy Commission’s Data Privacy Act resource. This policy describes Solarify’s processing; it does not claim that an estimate, sign-in or consent removes your statutory rights.

Changes and contact

We will update the effective date when this policy changes. A materially different purpose for enquiry information will require an appropriate notice or consent. See the Terms & conditions for service scope.
