What Solarify provides
Solarify is a planning service operated by Genetrify Information Technology Services in the Philippines. It helps you explore solar system categories, indicative capacity and budget, selected-load backup, and a downloadable planning report. It does not sell, install, commission or warrant solar equipment.
Free launch access
Estimates and planning reports are free at launch. No payment card is required. If paid features are introduced later, their price, inclusions and terms will be shown before any purchase. A current free report creates no obligation to buy equipment or use an installer.
Estimates and your inputs
Results depend on the information you enter and the model assumptions disclosed in the results and methodology. Appliance examples, rates, sun-hours and cost ranges are planning assumptions. Public package references are not binding offers, current stock confirmations or partner-approved quotations. Check your inputs and obtain a site-specific assessment and written quote before a purchase or installation.
A report is not electrical or structural design, wiring or breaker instructions, permit documentation, utility approval, a compatibility certification or a guarantee of savings, generation or outage runtime. Never use it as instructions for work on electrical equipment. Read the estimate disclaimer and methodology.
Installer requests and referrals
An optional request goes to Genetrify for review. Submission does not book an installation or guarantee a match, response time, availability, quotation or commercial outcome. Contact details will be shared with an installer only after the introduction is discussed with you. Confirm the installer’s identity, qualifications, scope, insurance where applicable, prices, payment terms and warranties directly.
Genetrify may earn a separately agreed referral commission if an introduction results in an installation. A form submission or phone click is not itself a completed sale or payable commission. Installer contracts, workmanship, equipment supply and after-sales obligations remain with the parties named in that contract. Solarify does not claim that a source cited for pricing is a partner.
Saved plans and private links
Your browser draft stays on the device until you clear it. Saving a private plan creates a server record with a private access key in its link. Anyone holding that complete link can view the plan, so share it only with intended recipients. Saved plan links expire after 180 days. Keep your downloaded report if you need a longer-lived copy.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not submit another person’s contact details without permission, impersonate an installer, send spam, automate abusive requests, probe private records or interfere with the service. We may limit abusive access and remove material that breaches these terms.
Content and availability
Solarify branding, interface and authored materials belong to Genetrify or their respective licensors. You may keep and share your own planning report for personal or business evaluation. Source references and equipment names retain their owners’ rights. Do not present a Solarify report as an installer’s signed quotation or approved design.
We may correct errors, change model assumptions and maintain or discontinue features. Use reasonable independent checks for an important purchase. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Genetrify is not responsible for decisions based solely on an estimate, third-party services or interruptions outside its reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy, questions and disputes
The Privacy Policy explains data handling and choices. These terms are governed by applicable Philippine law, subject to mandatory consumer rights. For questions, a correction, an access request or an issue, contact support@genetrify.com. We will seek to resolve issues directly before either party pursues available legal remedies.
